Hi, I’m Rachael Cutts—a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience walking alongside individuals through some of life’s most difficult seasons. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need a safe, supportive space to process, you're in the right place.
Growing up in a community with limited access to mental health care, I saw firsthand how critical compassionate support can be. That experience sparked my lifelong dedication to helping others navigate life’s challenges—from anxiety and depression to substance use, trauma, and life transitions.
My journey has taken me through a wide range of clinical settings. I started my career mentoring at an alternative school and coordinating a "Peer Jury Program" for first-time offenders, then moved into juvenile corrections, where I conducted substance abuse assessments and led counseling sessions. I’ve worked in hospitals, emergency rooms, and adolescent partial hospitalization programs—always driven by a desire to meet people where they are and walk with them toward healing.
In recent years, I’ve focused on individual counseling for teens and adults in private practice. I specialize in helping clients build emotional resilience, improve relationships, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and self-worth.
My approach is empathetic, down-to-earth, and practical. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or simply feeling lost or disconnected, I’m here to help you find clarity, confidence, and peace.
If you’re ready to take that first step toward healing, I’d be honored to support you on your journey. Let’s talk.
