I'm Rachael Cutts, a licensed counselor with over 20 years of experience in the field. Growing up in an area with limited access to mental health services, I recognized the pressing need for counseling in my community. That's why I've always been driven by a deep desire to help others navigate life's stressors.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings, with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Many of my clients seek support for common issues like depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Let me give you a glimpse of my journey:

 I started as a mentor at an alternative school, where I worked closely with students and their families. I also led the "Peer Jury Program," offering alternatives to first-time offenders.

 I then transitioned to a juvenile prison, where I conducted substance abuse assessments and provided individual and group counseling.

 I spent time in emergency rooms, conducting crisis assessments for clients ranging from 5 to 95 years old. Being there for individuals and families during their most challenging moments was truly rewarding.

 Later, I worked as a therapist in an adolescent partial hospitalization program, conducting family sessions, group counseling, and case management.

 In recent years, I've been working in private practice, offering individual counseling for clients aged 11 to 65.
